Grade 304 is a lot better grade stainless steel than grade 201. It is also known as food grade. Because the nickel content in these pegs is twice as high as in the grade 201 stainless steel wire clothes pegs they have a much higher corrosion resistance, and because of the lower carbon and manganese content they are more durable and less prone to rust.
